The RoleStark Future is looking for a Social Media Editor & Content Creator to join Stark Studios, our in house media house in Barcelona. This is primarily an editing role. We produce a lot of content across events, product launches, and brand moments, and we need someone who can take that raw footage and turn it into high quality, platform ready content that actually reflects the brand we're building.

Strong editing is non negotiable here. If you can't tell a story in the edit, this isn't the right role. But beyond that, you'll also get hands on with filming when needed and support the day to day running of our social channels. You'll work closely with the Social Media Community Manager and play a central role in making sure everything we put out looks and feels like Stark Future.

What You’ll Do

Editing & Post Production

  • Edit short form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Fast paced, punchy, and built for the platform.
  • Cut long form content for YouTube, including event recaps, behind the scenes series, and product focused videos.
  • Handle colour grading, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics to a high standard.
  • Create thumbnails and visual assets that are consistent with brand identity.
  • Work with 4K footage and manage file handling, proxies, and project organisation efficiently.
  • Take raw, unfinished, or last minute footage and turn it into something that looks intentional.

Filming & On Location Content

  • Film at events, race days, and studio shoots when required.
  • Capture behind the scenes and day in the life content that feeds ongoing social series.
  • Operate cameras confidently. Sony mirrorless systems are our primary setup.
  • Think in formats while shooting: know what will work as a Reel, a Short, or a thumbnail before you even hit record.

Social Media Support

  • Prepare and package assets for scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Support community management. Replying to comments and DMs in line with brand tone when needed.
  • Keep content libraries, Google Drive folders, and the content calendar organised and up to date.
  • Step in to publish or schedule posts when required.
  • Help manage last minute content requests without letting quality slip.

Cross Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Communications, and the wider Stark Studios team.
  • Coordinate with external riders, partners, and creators to collect and manage assets.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively. If something's missing or delayed, flag it early.

What You Will Bring To Stark

Skills & Experience

  • Proven video editing experience, a portfolio or showreel is essential. If you can't show us your work, we can't move forward.
  • Strong command of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or both.
  • Deep understanding of short form content, what works on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts and why.
  • Experience editing long form YouTube content.
  • Confident operating a camera on location.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Clear communicator, you’ll be working closely with the rest of the team daily. Nice to Have
  • Experience in performance, motorsport, tech, or lifestyle brands.
  • Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
  • Familiarity with S Log / log footage workflows and colour grading.
  • Experience working with content calendars and asset management systems.
  • Basic understanding of platform analytics and what makes content perform.

Why This Role Matters We film big moments. Race days, product launches, behind the scenes content with the people building this brand. The gap right now is in the edit. That footage isn't being turned into content that does justice to what Stark Future actually is, and that's what this role fixes.

The right person here will have a direct impact on how this brand is seen online. Strong brand identity on social doesn't happen without strong editing, and that's exactly what we're building.
