An excellent opportunity has arisen for Store Manager for Tom Ford’s new opening in Galeria Canalejas – Madrid

The person that we are looking for has at several years of experience in Managerial role in the Luxury Retail and has important experience in high fashion boutique.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the Tom Ford Corner in Galeria Canalejas.

Key Accountabilities:

• Training and coordinating the sales team
• Budgeting and reporting
• Monitoring store performance to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
• Create a personalized shopping experience for customer
• Maintain the sales floor to a high standard in line with Brand guidelines
• Follow the Company operational guidelines and polices

Key Requirement:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of fashion trends
• Passione and knowledge of selling ceremony
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Clientelling activities and CRM
• Strong motivation
• Target focused
