About Our Offer
- A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary.
- This is a hybrid role with 2 or 3 days each week based in our office at Torre Asima
- Free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy & Language Lessons.
- Complimentary access to our dedicated WeCare Team & 24/7 Wellbeing Hub.
- Get involved with charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.
- Permanent year-round contract.
- Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 position with weekends and bank holidays off.
- Starting Salary from 20,100
- Manage the movement and allocation of equipment for our TUI Contact Centre team
- Working with team leaders, team managers, quality coaches to ensure all office maintenance issues are smoothly resolved as well as working with Facilities Manager to ensure our office meets required standards and all issues are addressed
- Assist new starters with onboarding and providing technical support during onboarding
- To ensure all required equipment for our staff to work from both home and TUI office is in stock and accounted for and be the point of contact for any technical equipment and supply issues
- Work closely with our wider Business Support team to cover any additional tasks
- System and user creations, onboarding and offboarding and password resets for all our team.
- Conversational Spanish is required
- Exceptional administration skills, strong planning, organization, confident with technology as well as having strong XL skills.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead.
- A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality
- Able and happy to load and unload and pack heavy equipment
