We're now looking for an HR Support Intern who will work side by side with our Head of People, Anniek. You will get a lot of responsibility and the chance to learn extensively during a short period of time. We thrive on bringing aboard individuals who are passionate about learning, possess an open-minded and positive approach, and demonstrate efficiency in their work.

Position: Intern - HR Support; Location: Barcelona; Duration: Minimum of 5 months;

Responsibilities:

Office Management for the Barcelona office:

• Act as the point of contact for our co-working space hosts
• Assist with ordering office supplies and groceries
• Purchase gift cards for team members' birthdays
• Assist in asset management, buying, registration, administration
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
• Help organize and coordinate events
  
  

HR and Recruitment for the Barcelona and Amsterdam office:

• Draft and post job descriptions for open positions on Workable
• Review and filter incoming candidate applications
• Potentially conduct initial introductory calls with candidates
• Schedule interviews and meetings with colleagues for next rounds
• Assist in the development and maintenance of employee handbooks
• Manage time-off requests and maintain related records
• Manage employee benefits administration
• Assist with payroll processing
• Coordinate employee performance reviews, training and development programs
• Organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building and workshops
• Gather, organize, and analyze HR-related data to identify trends and insights
• Optimize and keep HR software up to date for efficient operations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with the possibility of forming a university agreement
• Passion for learning and personal growth
• The ability to think outside of the box!
• Proficiency in professional English
• Spanish language skills (a plus, but not required)
