We’re now expanding our Spain team and looking for a dedicated Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our engineering and business teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global company with real potential for professional development.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Provide HR and finance administrative support in coordination with our UK headquarters
  • Prepare reports, manage invoices, and assist with payroll and expense processing
  • Support engineering teams with logistics, expense reconciliation, and office coordination
  • Organise company meetings, events, and conferences
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff and visitors
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and assist in onboarding new employees
  • Oversee correspondence, purchasing, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and administrative policies

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Understanding of HR and finance administration processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across international teams
