Located in Tres Cantos, our client is a well-established and highly-regarded educational center known for its academic excellence and welcoming environment. They are dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for students, families, and staff, and you will be a key part of that mission.


Function:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for all visitors and inquiries, providing exceptional front desk service.

- Handling general administrative and technical secretarial tasks, including managing documentation and archiving.

- Maintaining and using information systems to manage rosters, shifts, attendance, and incidents.

- Assisting with billing, collections, and overall incident management.

- Coordinating events and managing budgets, merchandise, and orders.

- Managing internal communications and messaging flows through the company intranet.

Requeriments:

- Languages: You must have a native or C2 level of English. This is a mandatory requirement for the position.

- Preferably, have experience in technical secretarial work within the education sector.

- High level of proficiency with computer systems and the ability to handle information accurately and efficiently.

- Knowledge of roster management, attendance tracking, and incident reporting.

- Experience with billing, collections, and budget management.
