The Opportunity:
Joining our team in EY office in Malaga, Spain, You will enhance Your expertise by working on various support tasks using the latest technologies and approaches.
Your Responsibilities:
- Addressing and resolving tickets, incidents, and problems related to SAP Basis administration.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and technical support for SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.).
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring system availability, stability, and security.
- Collaborating with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot issues across environments.
- Performing system copies, patching, upgrades, kernel updates, and transport management.
- Supporting user and authorization management activities.
- Participating in root cause analysis for critical incidents and system downtimes.
- Monitor and manage SAP HANA and/or traditional database performance (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Manage print queues, background jobs, and spool issues.
- Perform troubleshooting for RFC, IDoc, and integration issues related to middleware (PI/PO or CPI).
- Collaborate with functional teams and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
- Work with SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring, EWA reports, and CHARM.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Some experience in the SAP Basis
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on incident and ticket resolution.
- Proficiency in system monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
