Since 2004 Fragrance Science has been developing and producing fragrances for their application in products for Home Care, Personal Care, Fine Perfumery, dealing with business partners in Spain and abroad. There are around 50.000 references of the fragrances in our database, with different product application, and we strive to constantly deliver a perfect service and fragrance expertise to our clients, adapting to their needs and expectations while working on different projects.

Role Description

To executive and administrative support to the Logistics Department, under supervision of the Logistics Manager, assuring the effectiveness of logistical practices and correct running of the delivery of goods to the Company and finished Company’s products to our clients, meeting cost, accuracy and timeliness targets.

Coordination and follow-up of national and international shipments. Scheduling and tracking orders’ status daily (dates of collecting, shipment, departure, and arrival), reports on shipment details to the Logistics Manager and to other departments, if required. Trouble-shooting any incidence in transport and informing the client about any updates with their shipment

Coordination with the warehouse, providing the distribution of the order.

Prepares drafts of commercial export documents, organises their appropriate legalization, shipment, and delivery to our clients.

Stays up to date with safety regulations, ensuring compliance with Company’s policies and shipping legislation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, International Trade or related.

Excellent English and Spanish is a must. French will be appreciated.

Knowledge of ADR appreciated.

Working experience (2-3 years minimum) in logistics operations, both export and import.

Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and handle multiple projects.
