Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Migration
Location: Madrid (Hybrid – Las Rozas Office)
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in leading technology projects,
particularly in infrastructure and database environments. This role will focus on planning and coordinating
large-scale technical projects, including potential Oracle database migrations to AWS. The ideal candidate
will be comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams and capable of making informed decisions under
pressure, while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
• Coordinate both internal and external technical teams, including DBAs, cloud architects, and third-party
vendors.
• Drive Pre CutOver and CutOver processes with precision and proactive oversight.
• Manage project risks effectively and ensure post-migration testing and validation are completed.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met according to the project plan.
• Maintain weekly reporting and continuous internal monitoring.
• Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to the project committee.

Required Experience and Skills
• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management within technology environments,
specifically infrastructure and database systems.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Trello,
or similar.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with technical teams, including infrastructure, database,
security, and cloud professionals.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments, with strong problem-solving and decision-making
skills.

Desirable Qualifications
• Experience leading Oracle database migrations or upgrades (11g/12c/19c) to cloud platforms,
particularly AWS.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile PM, or similar project management certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in English, especially in technical and project communications.
