Backed by a clear strategy, strong momentum, and big ambitions – this is your chance to be part of something transformative.About the RoleWe are looking for a strong doer and high-energy Partner Manager to strengthen our real estate partnerships across key regions – starting with Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca.In this role, you will be both a hunter and a nurturer – identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships with real estate agents and partners, and managing ongoing collaborations to ensure satisfaction and performance.You'll play a central role in bridging real estate professionals, our international customers, and our trusted bank panel – helping everyone succeed through speed, clarity, and quality.Your ResponsibilitiesDrive new partnerships with real estate agencies and stakeholders in the Spanish property sector.Maintain and develop strong existing relationships, ensuring long-term value and collaboration.Represent Habeno in client meetings, partner events, and at industry functions – both on and off site.Help qualify leads, support the customer journey, and deliver high-quality applicants to our strong operational sales team.Provide insights from the field to continuously improve our offering and partner materials.What We're Looking ForExperience in real estate, mortgages, or financial services – especially in the Spanish market.
Experience from markets such as Portugal and Italy is highly valued and considered a strong advantage.A natural networker and confident communicator, comfortable with cold visits, follow-ups, and long-term relationship building.Fluent in English and Spanish.
