🛠️ Production Manager – Marine Cover Manufacturing

Location: Palma de Mallorca

Position: Full-Time

Join our fast-paced, highly skilled marine cover manufacturing team in Palma de Mallorca! We are looking for a proactive and organised Production Manager to oversee day-to-day workshop operations and ensure our products are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and allocate workloads to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
• Supervise and support the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Improve build processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Provide hands-on technical support with machines and manual equipment when needed.
• Develop and refine technical production instructions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Track production targets, timelines, and progress, keeping management informed and projects on course.

About You

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, textiles, upholstery, or a similar hands-on production environment (marine experience a plus).
• Technically minded, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and support the team on the floor.
• Solution-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy workshop setting.
• Confident troubleshooting technical/mechanical issues.
• Good communicator with an eye for detail.
• Must speak both English and Spanish
