TU DÍA A DÍA, Y CÓMO EVOLUCIONA

Primeros meses: apoyarás a compañeros senior en la preparación de ofertas técnico-económicas y participarás en la ejecución de proyectos, aprendiendo cómo se estructura un problema industrial y cómo se convierte en una propuesta que el cliente compra.

A partir de ahí: asumirás tus propias ofertas y tus propios clientes, de principio a fin.

• Interlocución diaria con clientes para asesoramiento, definición de alcance técnico, diseño de soluciones y ofertas.
• Elaboración y presentación de ofertas técnico-económicas, incluyendo definición de presupuestos, análisis de viabilidad y defensa ante cliente.
• Participación en la ejecución de proyectos técnicos, pudiendo asumir distintos roles según tipología de proyecto. Project Leader, coordinando equipo interno y/o proveedores. Rol técnico, ejecutando parte del trabajo bajo la coordinación del Project Leader.
• Seguimiento de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y objetivos técnicos.

 

QUÉ NECESITAS PARA EMPEZAR ESTE CAMINO

Formación y base técnica

• Buscamos personas con formación en Ingeniería Electrónica, Electromecánica o similar. Más que el título, nos importa lo que sabes hacer: que seas capaz de diseñar y montar prototipos electrónicos que funcionen.
• Experiencia aplicando electrónica a producto: definición de requisitos funcionales, arquitectura de hardware, selección de componentes y cómo todo eso acaba traducido en un prototipo que funciona. Queremos ver proyectos reales en empresa, no ejemplos de la Universidad o un Máster.
• Experiencia diseñando esquemáticos y PCB, programando microcontroladores y montando, depurando y validando prototipos en banco: soldadura, instrumentación y ensayos funcionales.
• Capacidad para analizar problemas técnicos y traducirlos en soluciones viables.

Experiencia y habilidades clave

• Nivel alto de inglés, hablarás con clientes europeos cada semana, no es un requisito de CV.
• Curiosidad por la tecnología y su aplicación real: ganas de explorar lo nuevo (sensórica, conectividad, IoT), prototiparlo rápido, validarlo y descartar sin apego lo que no funciona.
• Ambición por aprender y evolucionar: querer llegar a llevar tus propios clientes. Si buscas un rol puramente técnico y cómodo, este no es el puesto.
• Orientación al cliente, con criterio técnico e interlocución directa para entender necesidades y proponer soluciones.

Your Qualifications – Solid And Appropriate

We are expanding our teams in the Aerospace sector to contribute to Space Mission Software projects within the Engineering Studies Section, part of the Flight Segment & Robotics Business Unit.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

As part of our international and multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in the analysis and definition of algorithms to simulate the behaviour of different payloads, as well as in their development and unit testing using C++ and/or Python.

You will also contribute to the implementation of new functionalities within the simulation framework and to the integration and orchestration of different algorithms into a single integrated application, as well as be responsible for the analysing technical documentation related to the instruments onboard space missions, with the aim of understanding and modelling their behaviour.

You will perform system-level testing to verify the correct operation of the solution, report validation results, and identify and correct any errors or issues detected during the testing process and support the maintenance and evolution of the software infrastructure, working with tools and technologies such as Continuous Integration, Git, Docker, and related development and deployment tools.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for professionals with strong software programming and implementation skills, preferably with a background in or interest in Space Missions; background in physics, mathematics, engineering, or a related technical field. Programming in C++ and working experience with GitLab.

Experience with Earth Observation payloads, Docker, Python, Matlab and in technical coordination, team leadership, and project management support, is also a nice to have.
