At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for an IT intern to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers, providing support in the digitalization and automation of key processes through technological and analytical tools, with a focus on configuring OCR solutions, data analysis, and operational process automation. Coaching, continuous training, and personalized follow-up will be provided for professional development.

About the role:

Collaboration and Functional Support

• Working closely with the IT and Operations teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
• Preparing basic technical documentation for developments and processes.
• Actively participating in follow-up meetings and internal training sessions.

Process Automation

• Developing solutions to integrate files and workflows between local folders, SharePoint, and FTP/SFTP servers.
• Implementing semi-automated processes to improve operational efficiency.

OCR & Document Automation

• Configuration and implementation of Document Capture for OCR digitization of documents (supplier/customer invoices, orders, etc.).
• Integration of OCR-read data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support in testing and validating the automated reading and posting process.

Data Analysis and Visualization

• Accessing, querying, and processing SQL databases.
• Creating dynamic data connections with Excel (Power Query) and Power BI.
• Designing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards for business teams.

Who we are looking for:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, or similar engineering.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and collaborative platforms like SharePoint.
• Interest in ERP solutions, preferably Business Central.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in a team, receive constructive feedback, and learn quickly.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst and Data Visualization Engineer to support the development of our Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) portfolio. Our products include data and video analytics platforms for traffic management and tolling, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engine, and stereo vision cameras for vehicle classification. In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets to extract insights that drive innovation, optimize system performance, and inform product decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including software engineering, AI/ML, and product management - and build dashboards to visualize key performance indicators for real-time monitoring and decision support.

Your responsibilities:

• Generate actionable insights from large datasets to improve traffic and tolling solutions.
• Design and build dashboards (e.g., in Qlik, Power BI) to visualize complex data and support real-time operational decisions.
• Work with engineering and product teams to develop user-centric analytics features (e.g., alert systems, operator dashboards).
• Analyze traffic sensor data to optimize tolling accuracy and reduce misclassification and revenue loss.
• Identify patterns and trends from traffic data to support new use cases, such as congestion prediction or adaptive signaling.
• Monitor AI model performance and support ongoing model retraining and customization across varying environments.
• Use predictive analytics to anticipate traffic bottlenecks, optimize toll operations, and improve safety.
• Support regulatory compliance by automating reporting processes and ensuring data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and columnar databases.
• Solid understanding of dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas).
• Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation and extraction
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Bash, Gitlab/Github, Cloud Computing
• Proficiency in QLIK Sense
• Experience working with large datasets (“big data”) in operational environments.
• Analytical mindset and solution driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• You practice and live the agile mindset
• Good oral and written English
• Experience in treating with customers
• Presentations skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in tolling or traffic management is a plus.
• Experience with traffic related models like DATEX2, SIRI, GTFS, MDS, etc.
• Experience with traffic simulators like SUMO, Aimsun, PTV Vissim/Vissum

Descripción

● Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipo:
○ Supervisar, formar y motivar al equipo de Cuentas por Pagar, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
○ Gestionar el desempeño individual, establecer objetivos claros y desarrollar las habilidades del equipo.
○ Distribuir la carga de trabajo de manera eficiente y asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos.


● Gestión de Procesos de Cuentas por Pagar:
○ Asegurar la exactitud y puntualidad en el procesamiento de facturas, pagos a proveedores y conciliaciones.
○ Optimizar el ciclo completo "Purchase-to-Pay" (P2P), desde la recepción de la factura hasta el pago final.
○ Implementar y mantener controles internos robustos para mitigar riesgos y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas.
○ Gestionar y resolver eficientemente las consultas de proveedores y disputas.


● Implementación y Mejora de ERP/Sistemas de AP:
○ Experiencia en la implementación o migración de módulos de Cuentas por Pagar en sistemas ERP.
○ Participar activamente en la definición de requisitos, pruebas de usuario (UAT), migración de datos y capacitación del equipo en nuevas herramientas de AP, incluyendo soluciones de OCR e IA para la automatización.
○ Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora de procesos utilizando la tecnología existente o nueva.


● Reportes y Análisis:
○ Preparar informes regulares sobre métricas clave de AP (ej. DPO - Days Payable Outstanding, volumen de transacciones, rendimiento del equipo).
○ Proporcionar análisis para la toma de decisiones financieras.


● Comunicación y Relación con Stakeholders:
○ Actuar como punto de contacto clave para proveedores y departamentos internos
○ Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva, tanto interna como externa.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Experiencia: Mínimo 5-7 años de experiencia en Cuentas por Pagar, con al menos 4 años en un rol de liderazgo o gestión de equipos.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1), tanto hablado como escrito, para interactuar con proveedores internacionales y equipos internos.
• Capacidad demostrada para inspirar, guiar y desarrollar equipos.
• Mentalidad analítica y proactiva para identificar ineficiencias y proponer soluciones.
• Sólidos conocimientos de principios contables y financieros. Familiaridad con herramientas de automatización de AP (OCR, flujos de trabajo).
