Cómo será tu día a día
Como Technical Lead / Senior Java Software Engineer en el área de Global Cards tu objetivo será liderar el equipo técnico de desarrollo de soluciones de software aplicadas al negocio de Tarjetas.
Nuestro trabajo consiste en diseñar, desarrollar e implantar productos de software basados en tecnologías Cloud para la plataforma global de Tarjetas del Grupo Santander.
Es clave desarrollar aplicaciones con unos principios básicos de escalabilidad, seguridad, rendimiento, resiliencia, calidad, simplicidad, cumplimiento y eficiencia.
Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
- Liderazgo y coordinación del equipo técnico de desarrollo.
- Definición y diseño de soluciones de aplicaciones de software basadas en arquitecturas de microservicios en Cloud.
- Integración de las aplicaciones de Tarjetas con otros sistemas de los clientes internos del Grupo Santander.
- Implantación de las soluciones de software en los clientes internos del Grupo Santander.

Si tienes el espíritu, estos son los conocimientos indispensables que miraremos en tu CV:
- Experiencia de más de 5 años en puesto similar.
- Preferiblemente formación técnica de Grado universitario en Ingeniería, Informática o similar.
- Arquitecturas basadas en Microservicios.
- Lenguaje de programación Java (frameworks Springboot, Quarkus)
- Arquitecturas Cloud (AWS, Openshift, Azure)
- APIs y gestores de mensajería: Kafka, Rabbit.
- Uso de bases de datos PostgreSql, DynamoDB, Oracle, S3.
- Uso de patrones de optimización del performance y resiliencia de las aplicaciones.
- Herramientas y prácticas DevOps.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum y Kanban).
- Proactividad, buenas habilidades de comunicación y actitud positiva.
- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo con otros compañeros y otros equipos técnicos (Arquitectura, Infraestructura, Cyberseguridad...).
- Idiomas: Español e Inglés valorable (mínimo B2, capaz de leer y escribir documentación técnica y comunicación fluida para proyectos internacionales.)
- Se valorará experiencia en Banca y conocimientos de productos de Tarjetas.

Descripción:
ANIA es un SaaS innovador en pleno lanzamiento, diseñado para revolucionar la forma en que las asesorías gestionan normativa fiscal, laboral y mercantil. Nuestro sistema combina arquitectura multi-tenant, infraestructura en Docker sobre AWS, backend en Python (FastAPI) y frontend en React + Vite, con integración de IA avanzada (Claude, ChatGPT). Estamos en fase de crecimiento, y buscamos dos perfiles clave para reforzar el equipo técnico.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Conectar y optimizar el frontend (React + Vite + Tailwind) con el backend (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS).
- Desarrollar nuevos productos y funcionalidades sobre la infraestructura SaaS multi-tenant.
- Realizar tareas de soporte técnico diario (resolviendo incidencias puntuales en frontend/backend, integración Cognito, webhooks, billing, etc.).
- Mantener la coherencia técnica siguiendo la documentación interna y buenas prácticas (Docker estable para testing, desarrollo local para errores).
- A medio plazo: formar y guiar a nuevos integrantes del equipo técnico.
Valoramos positivamente:
- Experiencia previa en SaaS multi-tenant o arquitecturas escalables.
- Haber trabajado con sistemas de backup, CI/CD y despliegues en AWS.
- Referencias de notas de universidad o centro formativo.
- En caso de no disponer de referencias, notas de la universidad (imprescindibles).

Requisitos:
1.- Haber trabajado con IA generativa (Claude, ChatGPT) en flujos de trabajo técnicos.
2.- Conocimientos en nuestro stack actual:
2.1. Frontend: React 19, Vite 6, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
2.2. Backend: Python 3.12, FastAPI, Uvicorn, SQLAlchemy.
2.3. Infraestructura: Docker, AWS ECS/RDS, GitHub Actions, Cognito.
3.- Buen nivel en resolución de problemas técnicos y debugging.
4.- Mentalidad de aprendizaje y capacidad para documentar procesos.
