¿En qué consiste el puesto?
Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a para dar soporte en la gestión de mantenimiento de instalaciones en Madrid.
Las funciones que realizará son las siguientes:
- Dar soporte en la planificación del servicio, planificando los trabajos a realizar y resolviendo las incidencias que puedan surgir durante la ejecución.
- Elaborar los informes internos o externos sobre la evolución del servicio establecidos por la compañía o solicitados por el cliente.
- Atender y dar respuesta a las necesidades, solicitudes o incidencias demandadas por su cliente para garantizar tanto la satisfacción del cliente como el cumplimiento del contrato.
- Implantar y revisar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Energía.
- Proponer y planificar la contratación, gestión y formación de todos los empleados a su cargo, revisando o reportando las incidencias de nómina cuando sea preciso.
- Dar apoyo a su superior durante el pre-cierre económico mensual, proporcionando información relevante que deba tener en cuenta para el análisis de las desviaciones y la toma de decisiones.
- Proponer soluciones y mejoras a nivel técnico, operativo y económico que contribuyan a mejorar la eficiencia del contrato.
- Realizar las compras descentralizadas de su ámbito de gestión o participar en el proceso, solicitando ofertas a proveedores, identificando que los materiales cumplen con las necesidades, proponiendo la mejor oferta y revisando los pedidos y facturas correspondientes de acuerdo con los procedimientos y herramientas informáticas corporativos.
- Elaborar ofertas/estudios para contribuir en la adjudicación de nuevos servicios de mantenimiento de instalaciones y obras.
¿Qué buscamos?

- Proven Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a Team Lead or operational management role, including responsibility for team development, process definition, and performance guidance.
- Analytical Excellence (Mandatory): Excellent analytical qualifications are essential. Proven ability to deep-dive into performance data, uncover sub-scope opportunities, and translate complex analysis into detailed operational plans and strategic recommendations
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of core business drivers, company KPIs (beyond immediate PPC metrics), and the ability to link SEM strategy directly to broader business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex operational and strategic plans clearly to both team members and senior management. Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence decisions.
- Strong PPC Foundation: Solid experience and understanding of large-scale PPC management and trading, sufficient to oversee and challenge technical execution details (does not require expert-level tactical experience).
- Ownership & Dedication: A strong ownership mindset is a must. You must be dedicated to end-to-end operational quality, process integrity, and business outcomes.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory.
