About The Role
As Online Community Coordinator Spain, you will be responsible for keeping Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells and Nåbe active, relevant, and engaged across social media platforms.
You will manage publishing, conversations, community engagement, and day-to-day communication across channels. From responding to direct messages and engaging with communities to identifying trends and supporting content planning, you help ensure our brands remain active, relevant, and connected to consumers.
This role sits at the centre of our social presence. You will have a constant pulse on what is happening across our channels, what audiences respond to, and where opportunities exist to strengthen engagement and community growth.
You will work as part of the Spanish Social Marketing team and report directly to Head of Marketing Spain. The role is based at our office located in Madrid.
In this role you will
Publishing, communication and engagement
- Publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Stories
- Manage comments, conversations, and direct messages across our channels
- Engage with relevant content, creators, and communities beyond our own channels
- Help ensure our brands maintain an active and consistent presence across platforms
- Engage with consumers and communities through daily interaction across social platforms.
- Support personalised send-outs and community initiatives
- Build and maintain creator, ambassador, and send-out lists
- Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and community growth
- Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments relevant to our brands
- Contribute ideas and audience insights to content planning and creative development
- Monitor channel performance and audience behaviour
- Produce weekly reports and performance updates
- Use insights and learnings to improve engagement and content performance
- Work closely with Content and Brand Experience to maximise the impact of activations, partnerships, and content
- Help identify opportunities for reactive content and trend-driven activity
- Bring audience feedback, trends, and community insights into the wider social marketing team

To succeed in this role, you likely have
- Experience with social media, community management, publishing, content creation, or similar areas is advantageous
- A strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social channels
- An interest in trends, online culture, and consumer behaviour
- Strong written communication skills
- A structured and detail-oriented way of working
- The ability to balance planned activity with reactive opportunities
- Fluency in English and Spanish

We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Assistant to help our CEO stay focused on the big picture. You’ll be the "go-to" person for the daily details—handling everything from digital organization to helping with administrative overflow in recruiting and operations.

Daily Priorities
Personal & Executive Support
- Admin: Calendar management, booking travel, and organizing the CEO's digital life.
- Communication: Helping draft emails, managing correspondence, and keeping the CEO's "to-do" list up to date.
- Logistics & Errands: Handling digital orders, deliveries, and managing reservations. (If you are based in Barcelona, this may include occasional local errands or in-person logistics).
- Team Growth: Assisting with recruiting tasks (posting roles, scheduling interviews) to help us meet our headcount goals.
- Basic Ops: Data entry, updating internal docs, and conducting research for new projects as they arise.
- Location: Remote, though being based in Barcelona is a major plus for local support.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred (especially for navigating local logistics).
- Vibe: You are a "no task is too small" person. You get a kick out of crossing things off a list and bringing order to chaos.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable exploring new tools and platforms to work smarter, not harder.

Responsibilities:
