Job Overview

Aethos is a reputable company in the hospitality industry, committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated member for our Activities Team.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests regarding activities and programs during their stay. The Activities Agent supports the management team in organizing and coordinating activity schedules and classes, ensuring consistently high-quality service while anticipating guests’ needs and expectations. In addition, the Activities Agent actively leads selected classes and oversees the proper execution of activities, providing a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage activities and classes offered to guests
• Lead occasional classes, such as stretching, functional training, or other related group sessions, as required or when appropriate
• Attend to and resolve guest inquiries regarding activities, ensuring a positive experience
• Monitor gym and activity areas, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with other departments to share relevant information about activities and programs
• Manage back-office tasks related to activity planning, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and reporting
• Evaluate activity effectiveness and propose improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
  
  
  

Role Requirements

• Degree or certification in Physical Education, Sports, Recreation, or related fields
• Previous experience in planning activities or leading group classes is preferred
• Ability and confidence to lead occasional fitness or wellness classes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic digital skills for activity planning and reporting
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
