Akens \ Nordburg is looking for a Sales Manager Spain (m/f) for the Spanish subsidiary based in Barcelona of a German technology company that specialices in measurement technology equipment.


As the Sales Manager Spain you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Spanish market. You will work closely with the central offices to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key customers, and position the company as a leader in the sector in Spain. You will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals and for building up the Spanish subsidiary.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Definition and execution of sales strategies and activities to further develop of the Spanish market.
  • Identification of new business opportunities and market segments and building strong relationships with new customers and business partners in the Spanish market.
  • Building a sales team to achieve sales targets in the different market segments.
  • Planing and executing sales activities, including marketing campaigns, trade fairs and events.
  • Regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and key performance indicators


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a related technical field.
  • Proven professional experience in B2B sales of technical industrial products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform business decisions.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in team in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude.
  • Spanish as native language and fluency in English (optional German), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
