Are you our Spanish Fixer? 🇪🇸

If yes, you’ll probably be a strange paradox, hard to define. A mix from Go-To-Market Strategist with Account Executive, but definitely 100% an Operator. Maybe you were a past founder and maybe even worked, learned a lot, but ultimately hated being in a big consulting company. The weird combination of all of that is why we’ll probably love you. ❤️

🖐️ On one hand, you can walk into a room and sell a vision. You love the thrill of the close, the negotiation, and building partnerships. You love going to networking events with other leaders.

🖐️ On the other hand, you secretly love it when a spreadsheet balances perfectly. You understand that selling is just the beginning and is useless if the delivery is a mess. You don't just want to sign the client, you want to make sure ours and their Spanish operations van como la seda.

Most people are one or the other. You are both. A generalist and a specialist.

The Mission

We are BRIDGE IN. We fight the soul-crushing bureaucracy of Southern Europe so tech companies can scale faster.

We are looking for our Spanish Business Lead.

⚠️ Warning: This sounds like a "Country Manager" role, but if you are expecting a corner office, a massive budget to hire minions, and a day filled with "strategy meetings," please do not apply.

We need a Builder!

What You Will Actually Do

  • Sell 🤑 You will be the face of BRIDGE IN for the Spanish market. You’ll talk to founders and CEOs, convincing them that we are the safest pair of hands for their expansion.
  • Deliver 🎩 You will oversee the Professional Services (Accounting, Legal, Payroll). You don't need to draft the legal contracts yourself, but you need to know enough to manage the teams that do. You need to know good from bad.
  • Build 🛠️ You will likely be fixing processes that are broken, creating new ones, and acting as the bridge between our tech teams and the reality of Spanish bureaucracy.

Your Battle Scars (Requirements)

We don’t care about the number of years. We care about the quality of your scars.

  • Suit Background 👔 Maybe you did time in a Big 4 and learned the rigor of Accounting/Legal, but you hated the stiffness. Maybe you had some managerial responsibilities in a Strategic or IT Consultancy. Don’t worry, we wear hoodies, not suits. Well, maybe a shirt or two to meet customers.
  • Founder Spirit 🚀 Maybe you launched your own local startup, failed (or succeeded), and learned that Sales and Operations are two sides of the same coin. You also know that no plan survives contact with the market. It is all about trying, failing, trying again, and succeeding. Execution is everything.
  • Tech Fluency 🤖 It would be a big plus if you’ve built or worked closely with tech teams. We are making a big push to pragmatically deploy AI and automation across the org. If you need help configuring your email signature, you won’t survive your first day in the job.
