As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Graphic Designer to help us elevate our static design across campaigns, social, and client work throughout 2025.
Have we mentioned we're trialing a 4-day workweek?
This is a fully remote freelance role with flexibility, ideal for graphic designers who are starting out or freelancers looking for consistent work at fair rates. You'll work closely with our Art Directors, Producers, and Post team to turn ideas into clean, effective visuals for digital platforms.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Foundation & mindset:
• Strong foundation in graphic design: typography, layout, colour theory, and composition for digital platforms
• Digital-first mindset with experience designing static assets like banners, social ads, and thumbnails (student/self-initiated work also counts)
• Narrative presentation skills: you know how to make slides clear, structured, and visually engaging
• Production speed & accuracy: you can take a concept and roll it out across different sizes and formats without losing quality
• A portfolio (student, internship, or self-initiated) that shows a clean aesthetic, versatility, and sensitivity to different digital audiences
Skills & tools:
• Expert working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Plus skill: basic-to-intermediate knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for simple motion graphics and social exports
Ways of working:
• Visual problem solver: you think about clickability, readability, and hierarchy, not just where to place elements
• Organization nerd: tidy files, named layers, and clear versioning for collaborative workflows
• Collaboration readiness: comfortable taking direction from Art Directors and Producers and turning feedback into fast iterations
• Independent self-starter with a collaborative mindset; you're proactive but love working as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn: sponge mentality—keen to pick up new tools, trends, and studio workflows
• Resilience & agility: happy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
• Communication: fluent in English and able to explain the why behind your design decisions
Must-haves:
• Registered as autónomo in Spain or willing to register
• Freelancers with competitive day rates (€100-120/day preferred)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills across digital formats
• Based in or willing to work with Barcelona timezone
• Availability to start in February 2026
WORKING MODEL
As of 2025, our team has been trialing a 4-day workweek with most Fridays off.
Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 2 days a week to collaborate and connect.
For this role, you will be able to work fully remotely, though you're welcome to join us at the office during the initial training period or whenever you'd like to collaborate in person.
Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Immediate incorporation (start: beginning–mid February)
• Day rate: €100-120
• Fully remote work with flexible arrangements
• Ongoing mentorship and the chance to grow your craft inside a production-focused studio
• Opportunity to work with innovative B2B tech companies in Europe
• A warm, small-team environment with in-person meetups (optional), creative collaboration, and space to experiment
