What You'll Do

• Ensure Smooth Operations Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions
• Manage Shipment Accuracy Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed
• Optimize Costs & Transparency Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation
• Enhance Coordination Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability
• Streamline Processes Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management

What You'll Need

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination within a high-tech or industrial setting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and transport management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) for logistics and warehouse management
• Knowledge of aerospace or manufacturing supply chains
