We are looking for a B2B Intern focused on El Corte Ingles client to join the Havaianas Europe team at our headquarters in Madrid, Spain.


Purpose of the Role:

To support the management of one of our most important clients. The selected candidate will work closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure the proper execution of our actions in-store.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in coordinating the setup and launch of our spaces, as well as the preparation and shipment of product.
  • Assist in verifying, together with the team, the correct layout, fixtures, product display and storage, and provide brief training to ECI managers when needed.
  • Support in monitoring sell-through performance, sales forecasting, and identifying replenishment needs for the product assortment.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with retail teams to gather feedback and help resolve issues.
  • Help build strong relationships with the points of sale, including supporting regular store visits.

  • Operational coordination between retail, marketing, and supply teams.
  • How a multinational lifestyle brand works.


Requirements:

  • Interest in the retail / fashion / FMCG sector.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and good communication.
  • Good command of Excel.
