Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow our key client portfolio in Spain.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong long-term relationships, and sustainable business growth. As a significant portion of our clients are Chinese stakeholders, native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory to ensure effective communication, alignment, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally aligned communication
- Understand customer needs and translate them into operational requirements and tailored service solutions
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams to ensure service quality and SLA compliance
- Monitor account performance by tracking KPIs and proactively identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Lead regular business reviews with clients, including performance reporting and service optimization recommendations
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and operational incidents
- Support commercial growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure contract compliance and alignment on pricing, billing, and operational processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and account management practices in Spain
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role within logistics, e-commerce, express delivery, or supply chain environments
- Demonstrated experience managing international and/or Chinese clients, preferably in logistics or cross-border e-commerce
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish working proficiency is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
