Role Overview

This is a hybrid Front-End / UX‑UI role, sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. The position plays a key role in shaping how users interact with complex functionality, ensuring that technical solutions translate into simple, effective user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build modern, user-centric interfaces for a web-based financial platform using React and contemporary front-end technologies.
• Actively contribute to UX/UI decisions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual coherence across the product.
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to convert complex business and data requirements into intuitive user journeys.
• Bridge the gap between design intent and technical implementation, maintaining high quality in both code and user experience.
• Improve and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and live data sources into seamless front-end experiences.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce cognitive load, and improve overall usability.

Core Skills & Experience

Front-End Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating external services, APIs, and dynamic data into web applications.
• Familiarity with collaborative development workflows, version control, and CI/CD environments.

UX / UI Focus

• Proven experience working in product-driven, UX-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information hierarchy, and usability principles.
• Ability to critically evaluate UX decisions and propose improvements grounded in real user behavior.
• Comfortable working with design systems, reusable components, and visual standards at scale.

Domain Exposure

• Experience working on complex or data-heavy digital products, ideally within regulated or professional services environments (e.g., financial services, enterprise platforms, B2B products).
• Prior exposure to fintech, banking technology, or professional tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

Professional Skills

• Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating across design, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments.
