About the Role

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Madrid/Spain (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design across channels: Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, web banners, brochures, posters, pos materials, packaging, and more.
• Brand Identity: Help to maintain our visual identity (logos, typography, color schemes and brand guidelines) and translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, sales, retail and product teams to ensure a consistent and compelling visual message.
• Project Management: Participate in design projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and propose fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand presence.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma, Canva or other designs tools.
• Motion graphics and basic video graphics (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.

Personal Traits:

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovative design.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.
