Role SummaryThe Inside Sales role is responsible for driving commercial growth within C and D customer segments, combining the management of the existing portfolio with new business development.The role ensures:Achievement of sales targets for C and D customers.Professionalization and efficiency of internal commercial processes (orders, documentation, coordination).
Agile resolution of customer inquiries and effective internal coordination with other departments.Generation of key customer insights for Marketing, Product, Operations, and the Sales team.Service continuity by acting as back-up to the Sales Manager (SM) when required.The role reports to the Business Support Manager and works closely with Client Acquisition, Marketing, and Sales Managers to ensure the effective conversion of new opportunities.Additionally, the role has a direct functional reporting line to the Division Managers it supports.Ability to manage commercial relationships and drive business growth within assigned customer portfolios.Strong results orientation and ability to close opportunities in recurring sales cycles.Negotiation and commercial management skills in remote selling environments.Analytical capability to monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and forecast accuracy.Cross-functional coordination skills without direct involvement in purely operational tasks.Your profileExperiences: At least 2 years on a related remote (phone/online) internal sales role on a B2B environment.Scientific background education is a plus.Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.Strong mindset and motivation to grow into a sales manager role.What we offerPermanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus).
