HR ADVISOR
As an HR Advisor for Louis Vuitton Mediterranean, you will be based in our Mediterranean HQ in Madrid supporting the HRBP to achieve the HR team’s objectives. You will be the first point of contact for employees on all HR functions supporting our 21 Louis Vuitton stores across 7 countries: Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan and Turkey.
Main Responsibilities
HRBP Support activities:
- Support daily the HRBP with HR topics including recruitment, career management, training and HR administration
- Proactively source and actively recruit client advisors for the region – this includes the full 360 recruitment process from recruitment brief and sourcing, interview process through to contract generation, administering reference checks as well as offers and payroll onboarding
- Build a network of candidates through proactive search, professional networks, and education partnerships
- Draft contracts and bonus plan
- Prepare onboarding package for new employees
- Participate in Career and Talent Development actions within LV (identify key talents, develop career plans, improve the training and learning offer for employees)
- Explore new projects and HR initiatives on the different countries, like Turkey or Morocco, draft proposals to implement your new ideas and vision and present it to the team
- Prepare HR certificates and any other HR documents
- Run daily reports on newcomers, leavers and employee’s activity
- Ensure perfect setting of the HRIS with regular updates for entry, exit and other changes
- Take care of HRIS system and any software procedures and updates in collaboration with our payroll team and the Paris HQ
- Follow employees’ entry and exit procedures and assist them through their LV journey
- Update on a monthly basis the organization charts for Mediterranean, in direct collaboration with the stores
- Follow up HR budget and costs, create HR purchase orders and do the follow up in collaboration with the Finance team
- Collaborate closely with the HR Operations/payroll team for any HR topics and projects in the Mediterranean Region
- Manage and follow up the gifts company policy
- Support internal communication on ad hoc basis
- Support the HRBP to organize the annual events (after works, Christmas party, Halloween fest…)
- Be an HR Brand Ambassador for LV Mediterranean to achieve the best employer branding possible
Working Experience & Education Requirements:
- Educated to a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related
- Previous work experience in an HR Generalist role ideally
- Be passionate by People, the retail environment and fashion
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Flexible and innovative mindset
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- Spanish/French speaker is a plus
- Excel and PowerPoint skills (MS Office)
- Start date: 7 January 2026
- Duration: 1 year
Requirements:
- Elegible to sign a 1 year "Contrato de Prácticas" as per Spanish law
- University degree, graduated from Bachelor/ Master degree in the past 3 years
