About the Role

This internship is your first step into the world of luxury real estate. You will be the face of our Madrid office, managing our lounge and welcoming clients with professionalism and care. While the role is primarily administrative and client-facing, it is also a unique learning opportunity: you will gain hands-on experience in office operations, client relations, and the day-to-day workings of a top real estate agency.

As a Front Desk Intern, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for clients visiting our office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and general office operations.
• Learn about the luxury real estate sector through direct exposure to clients, agents, and internal processes.
• Receive mentorship and guidance to understand how the business operates, preparing you for growth into commercial or back-office roles.

Requirements

• University agreement for full-time internship
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Professional, organized, with strong communication skills
