Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, both virtual and in-person. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, with additional languages being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and social gatherings.

- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.

- Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and email newsletters.

- Act as a liaison between clients, speakers, sponsors, and attendees to address any concerns and ensure a positive experience.

- Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory but a plus... we believe in giving equal chances).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in photography and social media management is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
