Onedirect is looking for a Sales Back Office person (m/f/d) in the centre of Barcelona to manage the online orders on www.onedirect.de and to be in contact with customers by phone and email about fulfilment, accounting, logistics, returns, etc. Onedirect is a B2B online retailer of telephony and communication hardware operating across Europe.



Your role:

Enter all online orders into our systems on a daily basis and ensure that all orders can be shipped correctly on the same day if possible.
Solve problems quickly and directly with the customer via phone or forward complicated cases and large potentials to our sales and key account team.
Work your way into other issues and assist the back-office team with logistics (customer call-backs and package pickups), accounting (payment verification and reminders), returns, and repairs.
Keep customer accounts and processes / Workflows in our systems up-to-date and optimally maintained.
If necessary, you will be able to help in other markets (BENELUX, Spain, UK, or similar) or with telephone inbounding on all back-office subjects.


What you bring:

Organized and learn quickly and thoroughly about Workflow and processes in our order management. Process and ERP knowledge (SAGE) are an advantage.
Work rapidly to manage high order volume and daily customer interactions.
Resolve outstanding issues directly with the customer over the phone to efficiently resolve cases and keep cancellations low.
Good written & spoken German.




Other qualifications:

Good level of spoken & written English or Spanish.
Other foreign languages, such as French, Dutch, Italian and Portuguese are advantageous, especially for back-office support in other markets, but not mandatory.




What we offer:

· 21.000€ gross per year.

· 3 months + permanent contract.

· An international corporate environment with colleagues in Barcelona, Berlin and Perpignan

· Office in the centre of Barcelona (Rambla Catalunya / Valencia)

· Working hours Monday - Friday 40h/week: approx. 9:00h-18:00h
