Your Responsibilities

• You will manage the supplier Prequalification process, coordinating with project engineering and finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
• You will lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders, EPC subcontractors, consultants, service providers across project phases.
• You will conduct accurate analyses and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, EPC subcontractors and service providers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
• You will be point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, consultants during Tender process and contract negotiation.
• You will be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests, Purchasing Orders, and payment requests.
• You will provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.
• You will browse the market to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates.
  
  

You contribute to our success if

• You have successfully completed your university studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable degree.
• You have experience in Procurement, Project management or Subcontractor management showcasing expertise in working with subcontractors, consultants, and related stakeholders, ideally in the renewable energy industry.
• You are proficient in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
• You are business fluent in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous.
