We're Hiring: Regional Technical Support Engineer

Are you a problem-solver at heart with a passion for technology and top-tier customer service?

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves tackling technical challenges, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to technical expert for our regional sales teams and customers.
  • Own and resolve service requests—analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical issues.
  • Deliver hands-on support: from system maintenance and upgrades to installations and fault resolution.
  • Represent customer needs internally, collaborating with R&D, product, and service teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Keep our CRM data up to date, reflecting real-time case status and service activity.
  • Work closely with international support teams, contributing to process optimization, tool usage, and documentation standards.
  • Ensure we meet and exceed our commercial support obligations—every customer, every time.
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
  • A curious mind and an “outside-the-box” approach to solving problems.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver impactful technical presentations and trainings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or another technical field.
  • Advanced business-level English (written and spoken) – essential.
