Country Sales Manager Iberia (m/f/d)

Are you an inspiring commercial leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth across Southern Europe?

Our client is a leading European enterprise software company with a global footprint and a reputation for innovation, digital transformation and long-term customer partnerships. With thousands of employees worldwide and a well-established presence across multiple industries, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager Iberia to lead its commercial organisation in Spain and Portugal.


Your Mission


As Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall commercial strategy and business performance across the Iberian market. You will lead a well-established organisation of approximately 200 employees, inspiring and developing sales leaders and cross-functional teams while driving profitable growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

Working closely with European leadership, you will shape the future direction of the Iberian business, identify new market opportunities and ensure operational excellence across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and develop the Iberian commercial organisation.
  • Define and execute the country sales strategy aligned with European objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth across enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Coach, mentor and develop high-performing leadership teams.
  • Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and key customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, consulting and product teams.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline management and operational performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation.


Your Profile


  • Significant experience leading enterprise software sales organisations.
  • Proven success managing senior sales leaders and large commercial teams.
  • Strong background in complex B2B solution sales.
  • Experience developing strategic customer relationships at executive level.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing forecasts, KPIs and business performance.
  • Inspirational leadership style with excellent coaching and people development skills.
  • Fluent Spanish and English are essential; Portuguese is advantageous.
