Mission:

As a Digital & Technology Analyst, you will join the Commerce D&T team at HEINEKEN Spain, playing a key role in our digital transformation journey. 💹

You will be part of the digital heartbeat of HEINEKEN, driving initiatives that connect innovation, data and commerce to create more intelligent, efficient, and customer-centric operations across our markets. 💻

FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate in system integrations, data flows and automation initiatives, working closely with local and global teams.
• Assist in testing, documenting and validating new functionalities and enhancements.
• Help translate business requirements into structured technical documentation and user stories.
• Learn and progressively take ownership of specific workstreams or pilot projects, gaining visibility and autonomy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or similar.

Experience:

• 0–1 year of experience (internships or first job in IT, technology, analytics or digital environments desirable).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, or middleware is a plus.
• Interest in digital transformation, commerce solutions, and applied AI.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and collaborative tools.

Languages:

• English: C1. Strong working proficiency (spoken and written) – able to communicate fluently and professionally in daily work.
• Spanish: native or fluent.
