Job descriptionThe M&A Junior Analyst will be part of the Spanish M&A team at TSS.

You will work in direct contact with the Head of M&A and will liaise with the business development team (deal origination), the legal counsel and the operational teams in charge of portfolio companies.More generally, the M&A Junior Analyst will be part of the European M&A team.

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping in-depth knowledge of VMS companies;Financial analysis and modelling;Assessing target companies gauging the possibility of a potential acquisition forming his/ her own opinion about the target;Assistance in the execution of transactions;Support in the coordination of due diligence processes in connection with other TSS teams (legal, finance, HR, commercial, technology, etc.);Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use.

• RequirementsFluency in Spanish and in English is essential (verbal and written):Educational level: Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering or similar degree (business school, engineering school or equivalent);1-year to 2-year of experience in investment banking (M&A advisory, transaction services, corporate M&A or private equity);Outstanding qualitative, technical and analytical skills;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment;Robust organizational and time management skills;Excellent attention to details;Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure;Interest in the software / technology sector.
