We are looking for a Production Intern with a strategic mindset and a natural talent for problem-solving to join our Barcelona headquarters. This role offers students or recent graduates the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in elite production for the world's most iconic brands. You will be at the heart of our operational core, collaborating directly with directors and technical crews to ensure that even the most ambitious creative visions are executed with total technical precision.

Responsibilities

As a Production Intern, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of a global production house. Your core tasks will include:

• Supporting the team in creating Production Booklets, talent databases, and daily call sheets.
• Assisting with the communication between local suppliers, catering, transport, and talent agencies.
• Participating in location scouting and helping manage on-site logistics during shoot days.
• Acting as a bridge between the office and the set, ensuring all technical and hospitality requirements are met for directors and clients.
• Helping compile final production reports, expense tracking, and organizing digital assets post-shoot.
  
  

Requirements

We are looking for a profile that combines a passion for filmmaking with a rigorous work ethic:

• Current student or recent graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Film Production, Advertising, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. (Additional languages like Polish or Portuguese are a plus).
• A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to remain calm and organized under the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote. Knowledge of production software or editing tools is a bonus.
• Must be based in Barcelona.
