What we look for?

For our Talent Acquisition department we are looking for a IT Talent Acquistion Specialist to be part of a team specialised in sourcing and hiring IT profiles working close to the different business accounts that we have in the company.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- End-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.
- Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes, doing interviews and managing the different databases at our disposal.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure their hiring expectations are met and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
- Establish regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and after placement.

What do we expect from you?
- At least 4-5 years of previous work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the field of recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the technical side of and IT recruiter role.
- Experience working with different ATS and technical tools to manage the recruiter´s day to day.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Spanish level: native & English level: B2+ / C1
- Ability to work with a team and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

Office hours from Monday to Friday.

Flexible working hours and intensive work schedule during the summer.
