About Us: IDILIQ Group is a dynamic and diverse company that designs, develops, and manages exceptional vacation resorts worldwide. Since our inception in 1984, we have consistently grown to become one of the largest independent resort developers in Europe. Our ICT department is multi disciplined and encompasses IT support, infrastructure, cloud services, communications, software development, web design, reporting, and business solutions. We support over 400 users in various locations such as Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including resorts and hotels, sales centres , and offices.
Our Space: IDILIQ Group´s offices are ideally located by the sea in Mijas Costa (Málaga). The ICT Team is predominantly based here although we have Team Members working from other locations. We enjoy a magnificent and fun work environment (we are a great team!). In short, this is the perfect place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and maintain OPERA Cloud PMS to meet the specific operational and property level requirements of each Resort.
Provide day to day technical and administrative support, including diagnosing and resolving system issues related to OPERA Cloud and other Resort systems.
Collaborate with various departments (FoH, Housekeeping, Finance, Revenue) to align system configurations with evolving business processes
Lead and deliver staff training sessions on OPERA Cloud functionality and best practices.
Stay informed with the latest OPERA Cloud updates, enhancements, and 3rd party integrations to ensure continuous improvements in system performance and guest service delivery.
Implement and support other resort systems, including but not limited to
Micros Simphony POS
Guest engagement platforms (e.g. Civitfun)
Integrated Payment Gateways
System interfaces and data flows between Resort and 3rd party systems
Requirements- Essential
Proven experience working with OPERA Cloud PMS, in a technical or administrative or super-user role.
Solid understanding of hospitality operations and how PMS systems support them
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Spanish or English at professional level is a must.
Requirements – Desirable
Certification in OPERA Cloud or other hospitality/property management systems.
Exposure to APIs or other systems integration technologies
Experience in multi-property or resort environments.
