Description

The EU Transportation Planning organization is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled senior S&OP analyst to join our team.

In this dynamic role, your core responsibility will be to lead weekly country-level planning across the EU Transportation network while coordinating with key supply chain partners.

Using data analytics, you'll identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reports and visualizations. The position involves mapping end-to-end processes across all transportation miles, developing standardized solutions, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, enjoying working with large scale of data and able to communicate effectively to the leadership team.

This role can be based in our Madrid, Milan, London, Paris or Luxembourg offices.

Key job responsibilities

• Oversee and execute weekly country-level for a set of countries in the EU Transportation network, coordinating with other supply chain departments including Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Transportation Services and Amazon Logistics to ensure alignment and efficiency. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where plans may need to be adjusted rapidly to respond to sudden changes in demand or unexpected disruptions.
• Analyze large-scale logistics and transaction data to identify user behavior patterns, delivery process issues, and optimization opportunities. Create comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations based on these findings, serving as a key liaison between the EU Planning and Analytics team and operations business teams. Be prepared to deliver quick, data-driven insights to support time-sensitive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain data queries, visualizations, and models for both regular reporting and ad-hoc requests, often under tight deadlines. This includes gathering and manipulating data from various sources, applying synthesis techniques, and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Map and optimize end-to-end business processes across first, middle, and last mile operations, identifying standardization opportunities and areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance coordination between local and central planning teams, ensuring seamless integration of processes and driving operational excellence across the network.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking progress against established goals, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and collaborating with technical and business teams to implement process enhancements.
  
  

A day in the life

A typical week in our team is divided between three main focus areas. About two days are dedicated to the core planning cycle, which involves collecting and reviewing data, running network plans, and coordinating with various supply chain partners before finalizing and publishing the plans. Half a day is spent analyzing performance metrics and preparing insights for leadership reviews on recent trends and areas of focus. The remaining day and a half is invested in project work, such as improving forecasting methodologies, standardizing processes across countries, developing automated solutions, or leading network optimization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• Relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytical skills to utilize data for driving business decisions, as well as stakeholder management and program management skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Organizational skill and an operations mindset.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Planning Roles or in Transportation is a plus, but not necessary.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting.
• Demonstrated excellence in working with operations teams. On the floor operations experience is a plus, but not necessary.
• A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
• Interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Masters in Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field.

No buscamos a alguien que solo “publique en redes”, sino a alguien que entienda cómo usar el marketing para atraer empresas, dar visibilidad a restaurantes y consolidar una marca premium B2B.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Gestionar la comunicación regular mediante newsletters. 
• Publicación de contenido y gestión de redes sociales.
• Generar contenido de marca y calendario de publicaciones. 
• Entrevistas y/o reportajes a clientes.
• Planificar eventos para dar a conocer la empresa. 
• Desarrollar, mantener y complementar la imagen de marca. 
• Mantener y actualizar las páginas de la empresa y el blog de contenidos. 
• Medir y reportar métricas y ROI de las campañas de marketing. 
• Coordinar comunicaciones con medios de prensa. 
• Elaborar textos comerciales para documentación interna, portfolios y menús. 
• Realizar seguimiento de la calidad del servicio al cliente en nuestros restaurantes asociados e implementar iniciativas de Mystery Guest. 
• Capacitar y mostrar nuestros restaurantes.
• Mantener y desarrollar la identidad visual y verbal de UpperEat y Executive Restaurants of the World
• Gestionar las publicaciones en LinkedIn (empresa) y otros canales estratégicos
• Redacción de newsletters, entrevistas, casos de éxito, notas de prensa y contenidos de valor
• Idear y ejecutar campañas de captación de empresas y restaurantes junto a la agencia externa
• Crear y optimizar landings, formularios y funnels de conversión
• Crear y participar en la estrategia de SEO/SEM, con foco en leads cualificados
• Diseñar y actualizar presentaciones, dosieres, plantillas y materiales para el equipo comercial
• Coordinar la imagen de marca en ferias, eventos y visitas con empresas
• Seguimiento y mejora - KPIs
• Medición del impacto de las acciones (leads generados, tráfico, engagement, etc.)
• Propuesta de ideas para mejorar la plataforma desde la perspectiva del cliente (UX, copy, storytelling)

Requisitos mínimos

• 3-5 años de experiencia en marketing digital, SEM, SEO y contenidos - indispensable haber construido desde 0.
• Dominio de herramientas como Canva, Google Suite, plataformas de email marketing y CRM.
• Dominio del inglés (mínimo B2).
• Carnet de conducir y coche.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y redacción.
• Manejo de redes sociales y plataformas de contenido.
• Mentalidad de startup: resolutivo/a, autónomo/a, implicado/a.
• Interés genuino por la gastronomía, la experiencia de cliente y el mundo empresarial B2B.

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

- Experiencia en el sector de restauración, gastronomía o turismo.

- Experiencia en gestión de relaciones públicas y comunicación con medios.

- Experiencia con plataformas CMS de gestión de contenido.

- Experiencia en fotografía y/o videografía.
