Residence Advisor – EF Málaga

EF Málaga is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Residence Advisor to ensure that our student residence feels like a true ‘home away from home’ for international students.

About the role:

This is a live-in position, providing a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' experiences while benefiting from included accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure student rooms are clean, ready, and available upon arrival.
• Prepare registration documents and assist with check-ins.
• Meet and greet new students, escort them to their rooms, and introduce them to residence rules and community standards.
• Regularly inspect rooms and common areas to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues with residence staff.
• Be on-call overnight, conducting curfew checks and handling emergencies.
• Enforce residence rules, issue fines if necessary, and report concerns to the Residence Manager.
• Work closely with staff and management to resolve student issues.
• Organize and lead weekly activities to create a lively and engaging residence atmosphere.
• Escort students to school on Monday mornings.
• Remind departing students of check-out procedures and departure dates.
