Are you passionate about operational excellence and integrated service management in dynamic environments? We are seeking a Head of Operations & Services to lead the Operations team and coordinate subcontracted professionals, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and operational performance across all services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Alignment: Define and implement strategies for Property & Facilities Management, Security (including technical solutions such as CCTV and access control), and soft services (housekeeping, waste management, landscaping), all aligned with the organization’s broader objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize team structures and competencies, manage maintenance and service contracts, control operational costs, and ensure asset replacement projects are executed according to long-term plans.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, lead emergency preparedness and business continuity planning, and oversee health and safety risk management.
• Systems & Data: Drive digitalization and efficient asset management through specialized systems, and promote energy and sustainability management.
• Sustainability: Lead environmental and sustainability performance in line with European sector objectives.

Skills & Experience

• Solid experience in property and facilities management, preferably in multi-site or retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in incident and crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and replacement strategies.
• Experience with compliance, risk mitigation, and contract management.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and sustainability standards (e.g., BREEAM).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and collaborate across functions.
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• High proficiency in English and the local language.

Note: This role requires participation in the operations rota to ensure coverage during opening hours, including one weekend per month.
