About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support teaching staff in delivering a high-quality, inclusive education that enables pupils to reach their full potential. The role involves assisting with planning and delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, supporting differentiated learning activities, and creating a purposeful and well-maintained learning environment. You will monitor and assess pupil progress, supervise groups during lessons and playtimes, and contribute to maintaining accurate records. As a valued team member, you’ll actively participate in staff development, performance management, and school events, while playing a key role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with children. A high level of English is essential, along with excellent classroom support skills and a clear understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment techniques. A commitment to safeguarding and up-to-date knowledge of child protection procedures is vital. We value curiosity and cultural awareness, and welcome candidates who are open to diverse lifestyles and languages—Spanish language skills are desirable. While UK experience is beneficial, it is not essential, and we encourage applicants with relevant international qualifications in education or childcare to apply.

About The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a rich, balanced, and engaging curriculum. Working closely with the classroom teacher, you'll help plan and implement learning activities that meet the needs of individual pupils and foster their personal and academic growth. You’ll be actively involved in monitoring student progress, maintaining a positive and well-organised learning environment, and supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom—including during lunchtimes and playground duties. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a nurturing educational setting that values collaboration, initiative, and high standards.
