Our client, a well-established Property Developer with a strong growth history, is looking for dynamic Sales Agents with excellent client management skills and experience in selling new developments on the Costa del Sol.

Requirements

Experience in selling real estate including luxury new developments.

An understanding of how off plan sales are structured

Accustomed to selling to HNWI’s and investors

A sound knowledge of new developments on the Costa del Sol

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Strong organisational skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Accustomed to working with CRMs and lead tracking

Must have a valid driving license and car

Responsibilities

Contacting and following up on new inquiries and reporting on progress to management

Building relationships with new and existing clients

Close deals in a professional manner

Conduct client viewings and presentations on-site

Onsite near Fuengirola

Retainer of €1,500 plus sales commissions

Hours -Monday to Friday 9am to 6 pm
