- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera autónoma.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Orientación al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Actitud positiva, pro actividad y ambición por crecer profesionalmente.
- Hablar catalán de forma fluida

¿Qué harás?
El Consultor/a Junior de Gestión de Negocios de Hostelería apoyará al equipo de consultoría en el análisis, seguimiento y control de una cartera de clientes del sector hostelero.
Trabajará de forma coordinada con un Consultor Senior, asegurando que la información esté actualizada, los indicadores bajo control y los posibles bloqueos del cliente correctamente identificados para su posterior abordaje.
Tus tareas cotidianas serán:
Realizar el seguimiento operativo y analítico de una cartera de clientes.
Preparar y mantener informes periódicos de resultados y evolución (ventas, costes, márgenes, EBITDA, presupuestos, etc.).
- Analizar datos y detectar desviaciones, riesgos y cuellos de botella en la gestión del negocio del cliente.
- Trasladar al Consultor Senior los bloqueos detectados, aportando información estructurada y conclusiones basadas en datos.
- Apoyar la implementación y el uso de herramientas de gestión (TPV, hojas de control, menú engineering, presupuestos…).
- Documentar avances, incidencias y aprendizajes de cada cliente.
- Acompañar al Consultor Senior en sesiones con clientes cuando se considere necesario.
