We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- FULL CYCLE POSITION: You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature.
- Research and prospect for new clients in DACH / Benelux / Nordics / CEE
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
- Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your Basic Qualifications
- You have a native level language of the market (DACH / Dutch / Swedish/Finnish/Danish/Norwegian / CEE- Polish, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, etc) and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
- You have a proven track record (+3 years) in a B2B closing role, having sold to mid-large enterprises (+1.000 employees)
- You have at least experience in the T&E industry
- “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes

What will you do?
- Lead regional commercial engagement, training, and meetings to support overall GSS business strategy and priorities, driving local demand for service & support offerings.
- Collaborate with GSS Sales, LSG Product Sales, and Global Market Development on region-level marketing & sales campaign progress for digital and indirect sales.
- Work closely with global product managers to localize service offerings and optimize portfolio management.
- Provide regional customers and market insights to improve global strategies.
- Leverage local marketing capabilities to adapt global campaigns and related materials for in-region deployment.
- Optimize regional pricing, including list price and discount maintenance on country and distributor price books, and NPIs.
- Handle regional market performance by analyzing gaps and implementing corrective actions with sales and service leaders.
- Localize service & support NPI execution, including go-to-market plans, pricing, sales training, and local activities to support launches in partnership with BU/Platform Regional Market Development.
- Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and presenting our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing program.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration; or equivalent work experience and skills.
- A marketer with experience in building and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns, or a commercially minded colleague looking to transition into a marketing role.
- Strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customers, and an ability to learn from previous campaigns to improve performance.
- Skilled at establishing and nurturing connections with customers, key opinion leaders, and internal collaborators.
- Ability to lead project scope, budget, and schedule to achieve timely results.
- Proficient in understanding, analyzing, and summarizing comprehensive and sophisticated technical, market, and research information/data.
- Experience with life sciences or clinical research products and services is a plus, but not crucial.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced and adept with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AI tools.
- Willing and able to travel internationally up to 10% per annum, including overnight stays.
- Proficient in English.

We are a multi-faceted broker specializing in energy, insurance, and telecommunications services. At the heart of our strategy is a focus on shaping and negotiating new offers for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible deals across these sectors. By leveraging our expertise in market dynamics, we are able to secure attractive offers, while generating revenue through the commissions we earn from these deals.
Our team works with large and medium partners such as TotalEnergies, Engie, Endesa, Eni, Orange, SFR, Octopus Energy, Axa or Alpiq.
Your Role: Revenue Growth Strategist
As a key member of our Offer & Revenue team, you will partner closely with the Head of Offer Partnerships & Revenue on the Spanish market, working on transversal topics, at the forefront of strategic decision-making and driving business performance. Your insights will shape the future of our offering, helping us refine our approach and deepen our customer relationships.
In this role, you will dive deep into data, answering critical questions that inform our strategy and operations. You'll work with diverse teams (in particular operations, marketing & sales) — across Energy, Telco, and Insurance verticals— to ensure our business is on the path to growth. From strategic planning to optimizing day-to-day operations, your ability to analyze, communicate, and collaborate will be key.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Analysis & Planning:
- Dive deep into portfolio and offer strategy, helping shape the future of our commercial roadmap.
- Analyze business funnels, conversion rates, and customer retention patterns to drive performance.
- Support in partnership development through financial analysis and contract negotiations.
- Dive deep into market trends to uncover new business opportunities (new verticals, new products to boost cross-sell)
- In collaboration with internal teams, participate in the launch of those new business opportunities
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards that allow us to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline processes and improve sales tracking tools.
- Support operational performance improvements by creating training materials, conducting follow-ups, and optimizing workflows.
- Assist with the launch of initiatives and operational plans for the Spanish market.

- You speak Spanish fluently and have a strong command of English.

Tes Futures Missions
Prospection & génération de leads
- Cibler les agences immobilières à fort potentiel
- Contacter les bons interlocuteurs via cold calls qualifiés
- Pitcher l’offre papernest avec impact et professionnalisme
- Mener des démonstrations produit et des formations à distance
- Identifier les besoins, répondre aux objections, convaincre
- Négocier et closer les deals dans le temps attendu
- S'assurer du lancement du partenariat
- Activer les premiers utilisateurs de l’agence et assurer un suivi sur le terrain en se déplaçant en agence si besoin.
- Préparer le passage de relais à l’équipe des Customer Success Specialists
- Suivre tes KPI avec rigueur (activité, conversion, nombre de deals signés)
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des scripts, process et outils
- Participer à des workshops thématiques, du co-développement et du coaching individuel au sein de l’équipe
- Tu as au minimum 2 ans d’expérience en développement commercial, prospection ou vente B2B;
- Tu es à l’aise au téléphone, persuasif(ve), et tu sais créer une relation de confiance rapidement;
- Tu es orienté(e) résultats et motivé(e) pour dépasser tes objectifs;
- Tu t’exprimes parfaitement en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (l’anglais est un plus)
- Tu es curieux(se), rigoureux(se), organisé(e), avec une bonne compréhension des enjeux business
- Tu es autonome, a déjà utilisé un logiciel de vente CRM et est capable de travailler à distance (expérience en télétravail est un plus)
- Tu as ton permis de conduire et est enthousiaste à l’idée de faire du terrain
