Position Summary

• Support waiters in food and beverage service
• Set up and clear tables
• Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the tables (runner)
• Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
• Restock supplies (cutlery, napkins, glassware, etc.)
• Prepare mise en place before service
• Assist with basic drink preparation if needed
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed
• Support guest service when required

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
