Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, returns, and escalations in accordance with company protocols, ensuring swift resolution and a consistently positive consumer experience
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems, contributing to quality reporting and data integrity within the FMCG operational framework
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and account managers to relay market feedback, identify recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives specific to the FMCG sector
• Meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and first-contact resolution rates

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Spanish
• Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory)
• Previous experience in customer service, consumer relations, or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable, particularly within an FMCG or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard digital communication tools in a remote work environment
