• Execute the marketing and brand strategy for the Spanish market.
• Coordinate and manage external marketing and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality execution across all initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
• Support the planning and execution of property launches, events, and lead-generation activities.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of commercial and marketing materials for residential projects.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation activities, and customer insights, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to support marketing and sales objectives.
• Assist the Commercial Director in client meetings, property presentations, and guided visits to developments.
• Contribute to delivering a highly personalized customer experience aligned with the company's premium positioning.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or related positions.
• Experience managing external agencies and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding and premium customer experiences.
• Interest in combining marketing responsibilities with direct client interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on, and capable of thriving in a high-growth environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Previous experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
