We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Global Commercial Director (also referred to as Global Head of Sales / Chief Sales Officer) to join our growing fragrance house.

✨ About the Role:

As our Global Commercial Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our global sales and distribution strategy. You will work in close collaboration with the founding team to position our niche perfume collections in selective markets worldwide.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven and successful experience in this same role (Global Head of Sales, CSO, or equivalent) within the niche perfumery sector – this is mandatory.

• A solid and active client portfolio in niche fragrance distribution, retail, or partnerships is highly valued.

• Deep understanding of international markets and luxury/niche fragrance retail dynamics.

• Ability to work remotely or be based at our headquarters in Tenerife, Spain.

• Compensation aligned with experience and strategic value brought to the company.
