What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: €9,845.50 annually (pro-rated) with an additional monthly supplement of 55€

- Responsible for the supervision of our aircraft turnaround, working with all teams involved in the turnaround, including Ground Operations colleagues, third party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams
- Performing pre-flight check requirements, preparing accurate loading accurate loading documentation including trim calculations and loading instructions
- Working to legal regulations and company requirements; operating all equipment in a safe manner and maintaining a clear and safe working environment for you and your colleagues
- Ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values.
- A team player with a friendly and positive attitude
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Flexibility to work across rotational shifts – weekends and bank holidays
- Calm under pressure – especially when managing challenging situations
- A full and valid EU driving licence
- Previous experience is a plus, but we’ll provide full training

- Greet and Assist: Be the friendly face welcoming passengers at the airport
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to every VIP customer
- Smooth Operations: You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and make sure they provide a warm and friendly check in and assist our third party handler at the boarding gates to ensure our flights depart on time
- Customers Safety: Make sure our customers have a smooth and safe journey through the airport on their way back home from their holiday
- Safety and Security: Following the necessary safety and security procedures
- A team player with a friendly and positive attitude
