As Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Product, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment team while driving the talent acquisition strategy for our Tech & Product functions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, create sourcing strategies, and lead your team in delivering top-tier candidates. Your leadership will be critical in building a pipeline that supports the growth of our tech and product teams, ensuring we continue to attract the best talent in the market.

- Proven experience leading and managing recruitment teams, with a strong focus on engineering and product domains.
- Extensive experience in direct talent search and recruitment, with a deep understanding of the tech and product landscapes.

What you'll be doing?
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success and professional growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the Tech & Product teams to understand staffing needs and shape recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition initiatives, including direct sourcing, recruitment marketing, content creation, and event organization, ensuring your team is equipped with the right tools and strategies.
- Oversee and actively participate in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that the team maintains a high standard for candidate quality and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track and monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve team efficiency.
- Champion continuous learning and process improvements within the team, driving efficiency and ensuring the team is aligned with evolving business needs.
